COMPENSATION PAY PLAN

• Bi-weekly guarantee based on a 5-day work week
• Guaranteed minimum commissions plus additional incentive bonuses
• Salary ranges from $60,000 - $110,000 (average about $72,000)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personable – enjoys interacting with people and putting them at ease with the car purchasing process
• Connect with customers – Build relationships with our valued clients, understanding their needs and helping them find their perfect vehicle.
• Showcase our inventory – Use your knowledge and enthusiasm to highlight the features and benefits of our wide range of vehicles from used to new
• Achieve sales targets – Drive your success by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
• Maintain Records - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes for seamless transactions
• Stay Informed – Continuously learn about new models, features, and industry trends to provide top-notch service

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Clean driving record (required)
• Automotive sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Collaborative spirit with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Organizational and time management skills
