Shift Leader at Trident Chicken LLC – Albany, Georgia

At Slim Chicken’s, we’re serving more than amazing food—we’re serving up great experiences every day. As a Shift Leader, you’re not just keeping things running—you’re helping lead the team, set the tone, and deliver the kind of hospitality Slim’s is known for.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll work closely with the management team to lead shifts, support team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy. From keeping the kitchen moving to handling guest concerns, you’ll help run a smooth operation while building leadership skills along the way.

Operations:

• Run fast, smooth shifts across the kitchen, drive-thru, and dining room.

• Ensure food is prepped, cooked, and served to Slim’s standards.

• Open or close the restaurant, count drawers, and handle deposits.

• Keep stations stocked, clean, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Team Leadership:

• Train, coach, and support new and current team members.

• Keep the team motivated and focused on great guest service.

• Step in as acting manager when needed and help enforce policies.

Guest Experience:

• Lead by example with a friendly, energetic, guest-first attitude.

• Handle guest feedback or concerns quickly and professionally.

• Help make Slim’s a place people want to come back to.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience in fast food or restaurant leadership a big plus.

• Must be 18+ with strong communication and people skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Able to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift.
