We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts organization. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts and tools for their needs

- Utilize your general understanding of automotive parts and their function to answer customer questions and recommend appropriate products

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
