POSITION SUMMARY

To enroll qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitate enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance. This position also develops and maintains working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.

Job Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Associates degree preferred but not required.

3. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required.

4. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service.

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, which includes $2.16 geographic pay incentive based on location.
