Responsibilities:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to medical appointments, shopping, and activities
• Medication management
• Periodic assessment
• Companionship
• Light meal preparation

Requirements & Skills:

• Current and valid CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification
• Driver’s License. Experienced driver with a reliable vehicle. No accidents in the past 5 years or moving violations in 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills
