  • Develop, implement, and scale a partner program for Microsoft resellers, including onboarding, training, certification, and enablement processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Microsoft technical and partner teams to ensure solution readiness, co-sell eligibility, and marketplace alignment.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal) to support partner programs and ensure successful execution.
  • Track and report on partner KPIs, deal cycles, and pipeline metrics to optimize performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally, collecting feedback and recommending improvements to product, messaging, and support.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner alliances, channel sales, or partner ecosystem development.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsofts ecosystem, including partner programs such as Microsoft Partner Network, Co-Sell Ready, and ISV Connect.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling reseller networks from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of contracting frameworks, pricing models, partner economics, and enablement processes.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software, preferably in AI, voice, security, or communications solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Seattle area is preferred.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $130,000$160,000, plus a 30% commission component.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, with HSA contributions.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid parental leave.
  • Retirement plan with employer match (401k).
  • Monthly phone and internet allowance, one-time home office stipend, and choice of Apple MacBook Pro.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and collaborative culture.
  • Professional development budget and wellness programs including Employee Assistance Program and 24/7 Telemedicine.
