The role of the Payroll Specialist is to prepare and distribute a clients payroll, any necessary tax documents, and make sure that all hours, benefits, and deductions are logged appropriately and that all payroll accounts remain balanced. Customer service is the number one priority in securing a strong positive relationship to ensure client satisfaction. Retention of clients and providing them with first class service is mandatory.
