Project Support Specialist - Transportation - Hybrid - Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with transportation planning and engineering studies on a variety of exciting projects throughout Wisconsin
• Prepare environmental and design documentation including report writing
• Work on automated highway design to include plan preparation, quantity takeoffs, and construction cost estimating
• Coordinate with utility companies and other agencies
• Participate in public involvement activities
• Other duties as assigned

Project Support Specialist - Transportation - Hybrid - Skills and Requirements:

• Applicable coursework at a U.S. accredited technical school, college or university is desired but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• An understanding of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus but not required.
• Engineering and/or technical experience is a plus. The successful applicant does not need technical or engineering experience and will be trained in all aspects of the position
• Applicable U.S. based work experience
