Warehouse Trainer at Dot Foods – Bear, Delaware

Location: Bear, DE

Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Wage Range: $28.50 - $31.25/hour

Requirements - Must be Bilingual Spanish/English

Provide hands-on leadership in the warehouse by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel. Record keeping of all training records. Frequent participation in loading, unloading, picking and receiving.

WHAT YOULL DO

Safely and efficiently utilize warehouse material handling equipment

Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use warehouse management systems

Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies

Serve as a coach and mentor; Smile a lot; Be a good co-worker; Inspire others

Lead continuous improvement efforts by using lean tools to eliminate in all areas of the position

Other duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE

Strong organization skills

Strong communication skills

Experience on counter balance and reach trucks

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Prior experience in an environment that promotes safety

Leadership experience
