PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Engagement & Scope Development: Promote Falkbuilt’s strengths to existing and prospective clients. Meet with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and technical feasibility during pre-construction and construction phases. Lead value engineering efforts and propose alternative solutions that align with budget and project goals.
- Design & Technical Documentation: Develop preliminary and final project designs using Falkbuilt Revit families and add-ins. Produce detailed drawings, renderings, 3D models, fly-throughs, and submittal packages. Evaluate site conditions and construction constraints, and create supporting documentation including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
- Bidding, Estimating & Contracts: Attend bid walks as required and gather information for the bidding process. Review and interpret bid documents and specifications, identifying key inclusions, exclusions, and risks. Assist in estimating installation costs with support from Falkbuilt HQ. Prepare and review proposals, project plans, contracts, schedules, funding margins, and scope of work documentation to protect and maximize profitability.
- Project Planning & Coordination: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and schedules using Falkbuilt HQ tools. Coordinate internal teams, installation crews, vendors, factory partners, consultants, and local/state jurisdictions to ensure seamless execution. Manage procurement schedules and material takeoffs to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Project Execution & Site Leadership: Provide on-site project management for Falkbuilt/Atmosphere installation teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Oversee submittals, RFIs, plan revisions, change orders, and punch list items. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Financial & Schedule Management: Monitor budgets and financial performance, adjusting project constraints as needed. Meet budgetary objectives, manage milestones, and ensure timely completion of design and construction deliverables.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide regular project updates including weekly and monthly progress reports with photo documentation. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Quality, Relationships & Culture: Ensure quality standards and design approvals are met throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain relationships with local installation teams and vendors that enhance Falkbuilt’s solutions. Champion and promote the Falkbuilt and Atmosphere cultures internally and externally.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management or other business-related field
- 2+ years construction or project managements related experience
- Experience with Revit (using Revit/design drawing logic to create an architectural construction set including floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, architectural details, door & finish schedules)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong understanding of the construction process and job site conditions
- Skilled at negotiating with clients and vendors
- Knowledge of approval agencies and processes for Division of State Architect (DSA)
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules (including Gantt charts), and step-by-step action plans
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and specifications, architectural and structural plans, as well as working knowledge of the local Building Code and Uniform Building Code (UBC)
- Experience with project management software (Basecamp, OuickBase, Sage, Builder Trend, etc.)
DESIRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- PMP, CMT, or Project management certification
- Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD
- Experience with Revit model management - loading families, Revit versioning, Revit model saving/sharing best practices
- Experience reviewing submittal drawing packages for architectural coordination
- Experience translating sketches and CAD/Revit documents into realized 3D models and images
- Trained in diverse platforms to work on a variety of project types
- Able to research solutions to either artistic or technical issues when they arise
