Our company is seeking a passionate and motivated Director of Remote Services Support is responsible for the T1/T2/T3 Help Desk, Network Operations Center, and Security Operations Center. This position supervisors 2 Help Desk Supervisors, a night shift Team Lead, a T2/T3 Team Lead, NOC Team Lead and SOC Team Lead. The Director of Remote Services will ensure the provision of high-quality technical support, which directly contributes to increased client satisfaction.
Job Duties:
  • Oversee the daily operations for T1/T2/T3 Help Desk
  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
  • Lead the recruiting, training, of new help desk technicians
  • Oversee the daily operations of the NOC Team and ensure successful delivery of service
  • Oversee the daily operations of the SOC Team and ensure successful delivery of service
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and other developmental feedback to employees
  • Set specific customer service standards
  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team's productivity
  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven Leadership Skills
  • 5+ years of experience leading help desk teams, NOC, SOC, and other related teams required
  • Professional certification in IT, Comp Science, or related discipline desired
  • BS Degree in Comp Sci, Information Technology or related field desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 annually + Bonus
