Warehouse Operations Associate at Culinary Depot – Edison, New Jersey

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Operations Associate who can move between departments and help wherever the warehouse needs support. This person should be a problem-solver, a quick learner, and someone who takes initiative without waiting for direction.

• Start each morning by checking which department needs the most help.
• Move between receiving, picking, packing, smallwares, and other areas throughout the day.
• Complete special projects such as organizing the damaged section or cleaning up work areas.
• Support regular warehouse tasks: unloading, stocking, picking/packing, labeling, pallet building, etc.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.

• Warehouse experience (picking/packing/receiving).
• Forklift experience required.
• Someone flexible and able to work in any department.
• Strong problem-solving skills and “figure-it-out” mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, hard‑working, and passionate about operations.
