Salary/Pay Rate: $19 to $38 per hour plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.
Location: Onsite (Michigan).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime.
Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Concrete.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License.
You will be the backbone of our field operations, providing the essential energy and effort needed to complete high-quality concrete projects. This role offers a massive runway for achievement, where your reliability and self-motivation are recognized with competitive weekly pay and career growth.
How You Will Make an ImpactAssist with the manual preparation of job sites, including clearing debris and setting basic formwork.
Transport and place materials such as gravel, rebar, and wet concrete to support the finishing crew.
Follow technical instructions precisely to ensure all safety and quality standards are met on every pour.
Maintain and organize company tools and equipment to ensure the crew remains productive throughout the day.
Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining a high level of effort and a growth-oriented attitude.
Perform site cleanup and restoration after concrete placement to ensure a professional final presentation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or manual labor.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to various job sites.
Proven ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
High School Diploma or GED.
Physical stamina required for heavy lifting, bending, and working in outdoor elements.
Previous experience specifically within the concrete or masonry industry.
Familiarity with power tools, concrete mixers, and site preparation equipment.
A track record of high reliability and consistent attendance in previous roles.
