Are you ready to drive excellence in Client Success at a leading video telematics company? As a Digital Platform Manager with the Client Success Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing the successful evolution and productive use of our Client Success (CS) platforms within Lytx. You’ll be responsible for evolving the current tools, data, and workflows that enable the entire Customer Success organization to manage customer portfolios across the company. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize how Custromer Success uses our systems, championing AI integration efforts within the CS system, all while ensuring alignment with leadership, cross functional teams and business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Work with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the evolution of our CS platforms and processes, including AI application and integration.

  • Define goals of the tool with cross functional partners, establish milestones, align on success criteria and implement process improvements for how the tools are used today and future state.

  • Deliver high-impact, programmatic experiences to internal and external stakeholders, scaling CS operations through automation and AI-powered workflows.

  • Work with leadership to drive and manage customer playbook strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in terms of adoption and usage.

  • Build impactful client touchpoints that consider the customer lifecycle, enhancing their product and service experience; provide success metrics and readouts.

  • Proactively lead change initiatives and project mgt related to systems adoption.

  • Perform other duties assigned.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of equivalent experience in managing technology platforms and solutions, with experience in Totango and Salesforce highly preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to influence, lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward common goals.

  • Understand how to align program activities with business objectives and customer outcomes using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Totango.

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and find practical solutions expeditiously, leveraging resources independently.

  • Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Experience with developing and scaling AI business solutions, vibe coding AI tools and integrations, a plus.

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$109,500.00 - $138,500.00
