We’re growing and looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist to serve patients in the Barnstable residential area of Massachusetts, helping them regain independence and mobility in the place they’re most comfortable — home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering one-on-one physical therapy care in patients’ homes — no crowded clinics or double bookings.
• Helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on real-world function.
• Collaborating with a responsive, supportive interdisciplinary team.
• Documenting in a user-friendly EMR designed to support patient care.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while still valuing team collaboration
• EMR experience preferred
