Position Objective:

To clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards, ensuring a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean guest rooms for sales and maintaining occupied guest rooms.

• Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards and self-inspecting programs.
• Organize and stock cleaning cart/trolley and linen closets on assigned floors.
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Report damages and discrepancies to the Housekeeping office and Supervisor.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
• Assist with unexpected spills and execute special guest requests as needed.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping employees to maintain clean and organized work and public areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
