Assistant Service Manager - Honda at Apple Automotive Group Inc – York, Pennsylvania

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive service professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor
• High school diploma or higher education
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Manager with all duties
• Account for all documents, process all paperwork, and compile required reports
• Ensure all shift work is completed prior to close: drop off work is pre-written and ready for business the following day
• Work to eliminate carry over jobs. Track and address reasons for incomplete work.
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed
• Explain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
