About This Position
Medivant Healthcare is an FDA-registered 503B pharmaceutical manufacturer with over $40 million invested in CGMP-compliant facilities to produce high-quality compounded medications.
We are launching a prefilled syringe (PFS) testosterone product line for men and women, including a microdose injectable testosterone formulation designed specifically for female patients. This initiative addresses a significant unmet clinical need in women’s health and supports responsible therapeutic category development within 503B regulatory standards.
Position OverviewMedivant Healthcare is seeking a clinically experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO) to support the clinical and educational strategy for our testosterone portfolio.
This role will serve as a clinical resource to healthcare providers, support medical education initiatives, and assist in developing practical prescribing and patient monitoring protocols. The Clinical Affairs Lead will collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure all medical communications align with 503B guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a clinical liaison to healthcare providers prescribing testosterone therapy
Support development of evidence-based dosing guidelines and patient monitoring protocols
Assist in creation and review of educational materials and provider training content
Participate in advisory discussions with physician partners and clinical stakeholders
Support CME program development in collaboration with accredited education providers
Represent Medivant Healthcare at select national and regional conferences (e.g., NAMS, ACOG, ISSWSH)
Review medical, marketing, and training materials for clinical accuracy and 503B compliance
Provide clinical guidance to nurse educator and outreach teams
Support clinical data initiatives, including chart reviews and outcomes tracking
NP, PA, MD, or DO with an active U.S. license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in women’s health, OBGYN, endocrinology, menopause care, or hormone therapy
Experience prescribing or managing hormone therapy (testosterone experience preferred)
Strong understanding of patient counseling and monitoring best practices
Comfortable presenting clinical information to healthcare professionals
Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance boundaries in medical communication
Experience in menopause or sexual health medicine
Experience working with compounded medications or 503B pharmacies
Membership or participation in professional organizations (NAMS, ISSWSH, ACOG, etc.)
Experience speaking at local or regional educational events
Familiarity with testosterone therapy protocols for women
