We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pre-Kindergarten Assistant Teacher (PreK-3) to join our vibrant educational team. Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans focused on literacy, math, and foundational skills necessary for driver’s license readiness

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social-emotional development and positive behavior management
- Help organize classroom materials, educational resources, and learning stations to facilitate effective instruction
- Work closely with children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities, providing tailored support as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom events
- Contribute to curriculum development efforts that align with early childhood education standards and driver’s license preparation goals

Requirements:Requirements
- High school diploma required. Higher education preferred.
- MSDE Office of Childcare Assistant/Aide coursework.
- Prior experience in early childhood education, daycare, preschool, or private school environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices
- Familiarity with lesson planning, curriculum development, and working with children on literacy and math skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, children, and families
- Ability to manage a classroom environment confidently while fostering positive interactions among students
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental milestones in a nurturing setting
