Sales Consultant

Worldwide Equipment Sales (WWE), a division of Pritchard Companies, is a leading provider of towing, recovery, and specialized commercial trailer equipment nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Consultant to drive revenue by building strong relationships and guiding customers through the equipment purchasing process.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, understands the value of long‑term customer relationships, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers purchasing new and used equipment.
  • Execute the full sales process, including prospecting, account development, customer segmentation, needs assessment, follow‑up, and closing.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales records.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience in the towing, commercial truck, or equipment industry preferred.
  • B2B sales experience, particularly selling commercial or specialty equipment, a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, hybrid sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Work Environment

This is a Hybrid position at a Worldwide Equipment Sales location with regular interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
