Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.Training opportunities will be offered regularly, and this role will grow in responsibility as new skills are acquired.As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing projects,from campaign implementation to design to data analysis. You will work closely with the marketing manager andcollaborate with clients, internal teams, and partner organizations, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you willsupport routine technical projects involving our reservation system and loyalty program, including customer inquiries and feedback.
Joining the LAZ team as a Marketing Coordinator will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various marketing functions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of marketing plans, including developing and maintaining brand standards, website management, and project management support including accounting, progress tracking, and communications with partner organizations.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of customer-facing events.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work collaboratively with other internal and external stakeholders to support various marketing projects.
- Support technical implementation marketing projects including those on our parking reservation platform, loyalty program, and website.
- Communicate updates about marketing projects to client.
- Post content and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on Google, Yelp, and social media platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have experience with data analysis, including familiarity with pivot tables and formulas, either in Excel, SQL, or similar programs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Marketing experience required.
- Experience with social media, content creation, and campaign management preferred
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
Experience:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to operate machinery including a golf cart.
