Positions Available

Front Office Supervisor The Front Office Supervisor is a hands-on leader who helps guide the daily operation of the front desk, supports the team, and ensures a smooth and welcoming guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality instincts, leadership ability, and a passion for service excellence.

Front Office Agent The Front Office Agent is often the first and last impression of the hotel. This role is perfect for someone who is warm, polished, organized, and committed to making every guest feel welcome. Front Office Agents assist with check-in, check-out, reservations, billing, and guest requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Night Auditor The Night Auditor plays an important dual role in guest service and overnight hotel operations. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while delivering excellent service and completing end-of-day financial and audit responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by role, but may include:

Greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency

Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and smoothly

Assisting with reservations, room assignments, guest requests, and billing

Handling guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency

Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to support seamless operations

Maintaining accurate records in the property management system

Supervising, coaching, and supporting front office team members in the Supervisor role

Completing end-of-day balancing, audit procedures, and reporting in the Night Auditor role

Upholding the service standards of Pestana South Beach and Pestana Hotel Group

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are professional, guest-focused, and dependable. Ideal candidates will have:

Previous hotel front office, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred for the Front Office Supervisor role

Previous night audit, cash handling, or hotel accounting experience preferred for the Night Auditor role

Experience with Opera Cloud preferred or similar hotel property management systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed

Overnight availability for the Night Auditor position

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
