Job Description
Job Title: Subway Sandwich Artist
Job Summary:
Subway is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sandwich Artist to prepare fresh, high-quality sandwiches and deliver excellent guest service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to Subway standards
• Greet guests, take orders, and suggest menu options
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, dining area, and workstations
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Restock ingredients and check product freshness
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Work as part of a team to meet customer service goals
Requirements:
• Minimum age as per local labor laws
• Basic communication skills (English/Hindi; local language preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Skills & Qualities:
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team-oriented and reliable
Experience:
• Freshers welcome
• Prior experience in QSR or food service is an advantage but not mandatory
