- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making at the leadership level
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand and evaluate key drivers of growth, user behavior, and revenue performance
- Define, track, and refine key financial and operational metrics that accurately reflect business performance and scalability
- Improve financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to support a rapidly scaling, data-driven organization
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment analysis, or similar roles in high-growth or product-led environments
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to real business and product outcomes
- Experience working with ambiguous data environments and the ability to independently structure analysis and insights
- Strong understanding of how digital or subscription-based businesses operate, including key performance drivers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with strong execution focus and low ego approach to collaboration
- Nice to have: experience in crypto, fintech, digital assets, or Web3 environments
- Nice to have: familiarity with tools such as Pigment, Google Workspace, or similar financial planning systems
- Nice to have: exposure to capital allocation, M&A, or investment decision-making processes
Benefits:
- Fully remote work with global flexibility and autonomy
- Competitive compensation aligned with top-of-market benchmarks, with optional Bitcoin payment
- 30 days of paid time off plus quarterly wellness days
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage or global reimbursement options
- Mental health, wellness, and fitness support programs
- Home office setup allowance and tools to support productivity
- Paid parental leave to support growing families
- Professional development support for learning and career growth
