This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and revenue strategy, supporting key business areas such as Sales, Customer Success, and Growth. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance analysis that directly influence strategic decisions. Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and consistency across reporting systems. The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations. • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards using Looker Studio and other data visualization tools
• Analyze new business initiatives to assess feasibility, impact, and alignment with strategic goals
• Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency to support decision-making across Sales, Success, and Growth teams
• Track, calculate, and present KPI performance, including forecasts and business outcomes
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and recommendations for process and performance improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytical solutions
• Contribute to improving data processes, reporting structures, and analytical frameworks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard development
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio
• Solid knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business insights
• Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively
• Team-oriented profile with experience collaborating across multiple business areas
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus
