Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Machine Operator for our 11pm-7am shift.

What You’ll Get:

    Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

    Extra $1.50/hour during 3rd shift hours

    Weekly Pay – Get Paid Every Thursday!

    Full Benefits Starting the 1st of the Month After Hire!

What You’ll Do:

    Operate and monitor production machines.Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.Troubleshoot reasons for defects and contact maintenance for assistance when required.Enter daily work into computer system.Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiencyPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.

The Skills You'll Need:

    Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating proceduresAbility to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 20 lbs. occasionally)Ability to work in a team environmentBasic computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to understand and follow safety policies and proceduresWillingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime

What We’re Looking For:

    High School Diploma or GED

    Age 18+ with reliable transportation

    Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

  • The ability to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.

    Other skills required: Basic Mechanical SkillsBasic Math Skills
