Physical Therapy Assistant (Flat) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Our inpatient Physical Therapy departments are seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)s to work with clients in the acute care setting, providing weekend coverage. These PTAs will work closely with PTs and other PTAs as well as with nursing staff. New graduates will be considered, but preference will be given to the experienced applicant. The chosen PTAs must be licensed to practice as a PTA in Louisiana. In addition to new employee hospital orientation, the PTA will receive departmental orientation and be assigned a mentor. These employees would work a minimum of one weekend a month, as well as some holidays.
