✅ Required Qualifications

Prior hands-on dental assisting experience in a clinical settingHigh school diploma or equivalentDANB (Dental Assistant National Board) Radiology Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)Ability to function independently within a clinical workflow on day oneStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus and starting rate of $27.00/hourCompletion of an accredited dental assisting programExperience in community health or high-volume practice

🪥 What You’ll Do

As a Dental Assistant at GSCH, you will:

Assist dentists and hygienists during restorative and preventive proceduresPrepare operatories for treatment and maintain clinical workflowTake dental radiographs in compliance with the NH Dental Practice ActPerform delegated duties within dental assisting scopeMaintain sterilization, infection control, and safety protocolsSupport patient education and clinical documentationWork closely with providers and support staff to ensure efficient patient care
