Position Summary

Assists with the installation of solar jobs. Duties and Responsibilities

assists leads, onsite, with solar installation jobsoptimizes solar panelsmoves materials up to roof/work areamaintains jobsite cleanliness and orderassists with attic workassists with troubleshooting, as neededpractices safety standards Adhere to all SunnyMac, safety, and environmental policies. Act in a safe and positive manner always, ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk. Your personal safety is your responsibility.Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that occurs or is witnessed.Support all SunnyMac health, safety, and environmental policies for all employees within your department.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history. Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights. Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder. Must be able to work in all types of weather. Must be a team player. Must enjoy interacting with homeowners. Foster a positive and safe working environment through behavior and attitude. Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company). Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field.Benefits
