Billings Bridge Dental Centre is seeking a full-time Dental Administrative Assistant to join our well-established and growing team.

Located in Billings Bridge Plaza, our clinic has proudly served the community for over 40 years. Position Summary

As a Dental Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and coordinating recommended dental treatment
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Assisting patients with financial inquiries and dental insurance coordination
  • Interpreting insurance information and processing claims
  • Receiving and reconciling payments (cash and credit)
  • Preparing and maintaining patient documentation
  • Confirming appointments and communicating with patients
  • Supporting general reception and client care duties
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of post-secondary education in dental assisting, office administration, or a related field OR
  • Minimum one year of relevant administrative or dental office experience
  • Previous dental office experience is considered an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy clinical environment

Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Includes two evenings per week
  • Includes one Saturday per month
