Tax Partner – Nashville, TN
Who: A seasoned tax professional with deep partnership tax expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of exceptional client service and business development.
What: Lead a tax team serving middle-market corporate and large pass-through clients—particularly partnerships—while developing staff, managing client relationships, and expanding the practice.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Tax Partner to lead a high-performing tax practice focused on complex partnership taxation, personal and business tax planning, and client advisory services for middle-market and large pass-through clients, with the opportunity to expand service capabilities and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage tax engagements for partnership, corporate, and individual clients.
● Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality technical guidance and strategic tax planning.
● Support and develop managers and staff through coaching, mentoring, and team leadership.
● Expand the practice by leveraging existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
● Collaborate with other firm leaders to enhance service offerings and client experience.
● Provide oversight on complex partnership tax matters, including RECON experience (a plus).
● Uphold firm values through exceptional service, integrity, and client stewardship.
Qualifications:
● Active CPA license required.
● Extensive experience with complex partnership tax law.
● RECON experience is a plus.
● Demonstrated excellence in client service and engagement execution.
● Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development capabilities.
● Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
● Proven ability to collaborate with partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
