Charleston, SC - Parking Lot Enforcement Officer (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Parking

Lot Enforcement Officer. This role involves patrolling multiple parking lots throughout your shift

to ensure compliance, maintain cleanliness, and support ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Identify and flag vehicles that require towing based on lot policies
• Perform light trash cleanup to maintain lot appearance
• Rehang and install parking signage as needed
• Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
• Suggest improvements for lot layout, signage, or traffic flow
• Drive between multiple parking lot locations throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and good observational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic smartphone/app proficiency

Schedule:

• Hours are pending, but will consist of 6-hour shifts
• Must be available to work part-time and be flexible as routes and lot assignments may vary

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security, enforcement, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
