LPN - Home Health at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care in the home setting to patients of the agency they will assess, treat and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process; and coordinate care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel. This position will provide services to geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and infant patients.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

One year of hospital or home health preferred

BLS Required

Valid Tennessee Driver's License Required
