Summary

Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking an APRN. The APRN shall provide necessary and appropriate primary care services, within the scope of the Advanced Practice Provider's training and experience.

• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care

• Continuously enhance clinical knowledge

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

• Complete documentation, billing, and coding as required by healthcare regulations and standards

• Attend staff meetings, training, and continuing education as required

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Epic experience preferred

• Great Customer Service and Communication skills with patients and their primary care physicians

Qualifications

• Advanced Practitioner Florida licensure

• Minimum 3 years’ post licensing experience, working independently, in family medicine, urgent care clinics or a combination

• Graduate of an accredited APRN program
