We’re currently looking for a passionate and organized Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team and help us find, hire, and welcome top-tier talent into our organization.
About the Role:
As an Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates and a key resource for new hires. You’ll be responsible for sourcing talent, managing the early stages of the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for every new team member. What You’ll Do:
- Phone Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess applicant qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Application Review: Carefully review and sort incoming job applications to identify top talent for a variety of roles within the dealership group.
- New Hire Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process—from offer letter to first-day paperwork—to ensure a smooth and positive start.
- HR Documentation: Manage all required onboarding documents, while ensuring compliance with HR standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to tailor onboarding processes for each department’s needs.
- Support Resource: Serve as the go-to contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance through their onboarding period.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records and help track onboarding progress across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
