LPI, Inc., a subsidiary of Plank Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Support Specialist & Front Office Coordinator. This dual‑role position supports our Sales and Business Development team while also serving as the central point of contact for visitors and internal staff across organizations.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development Support (LPI, Inc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute trade show logistics—including booth setup, materials, lead retrieval, and coordinating with vendors.
Process trade show leads, respond to inquiries, enter data into CRM systems, and create follow‑up tasks for sales teams.
Assist with quoting, order entry, and preparing manuals for end users as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees (airfare, lodging, rental cars) and maintain corporate travel accounts.
Prepare and reconcile weekly credit card statements.
Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met; communicate status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
Support special projects, marketing initiatives, and additional tasks that drive business development.

Front Office & Administrative Coordination (Plank Enterprises, Inc.)
Warmly greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and assistance‑oriented service.
Create flyers and internal communication materials for office events and announcements.
Handle all incoming mail, ensure timely distribution, and coordinate outgoing mail or shipments.
Manage office supply inventories and reorder items as needed.
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and operating standard office equipment.
Provide reliable day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure a positive and well‑organized office environment.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with ERP software preferred.
Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently or on a team.

Education & Experience
Associate degree in Administrative Assistant, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.
