Position Summary
The Sales coordinator plays a critical support role for GOLFZON America’s sales organization by coordinating sales activities, managing administrative processes, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, operations, and customers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting revenue-generating teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Support inside and field sales representatives with daily administrative and operational needs
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and order documentation
- Coordinate product availability, pricing approvals, and order timelines with internal teams
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Customer & Partner Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during the sales and order fulfillment process
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records
- Generate regular sales reports and performance summaries for leadership
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to support sales initiatives
- Assist with trade shows, demonstrations, events, and dealer support as needed
- Support onboarding and training logistics for new sales team members
A Day in the Life
On a typical day, you might start by reviewing incoming sales requests and updating CRM records, then prepare quotes and proposals for the sales team. Throughout the day, you’ll communicate with customers, coordinate order details with operations, and assist sales representatives with documentation and follow-ups. You may also compile sales reports, support upcoming demos or trade shows, and ensure all sales data remains accurate and up to date.
Requirements:Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience in technology, sports, golf, or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with order processing, contracts, and sales operations
- Interest in golf, sports technology, or interactive entertainment
