Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Master’s Degree in Nursing

2-3 years previous Emergency Department experience

Minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience.

Current NJ RN License, CPR, ACLS, PALS, IV Certified

CEN. Must obtain CEN within 3-5 years of hire.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

Required: Systems thinker, role model, and coach.

Preferred: Excellent communication and IPR skills. Must be able to function in a shared governance environment. Working knowledge of JCAHO, DOH, OSHA AND EMTALA.
