This position provides high-level administrative and financial support by maintaining our daily, weekly and monthly cash postings. In addition, this position currently involves the reconciliation of client and patient accounts. This vital role ensures that all accounts receivables are handled with the high quality and professionalism associated with Credit Solutions, LLC. It is the goal of our company to assist our clients in becoming more efficient in their revenue cycle operations, and to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- A strong work ethic and sense of loyalty to their team members
- Strong work history and strong computer skills are a must
- Prior experience answering phones and transferring calls
- Professional communication skills with a positive attitude
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous customer service experience and client support
- Experience in cash posting, balancing and account reconciliation
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and math skills
- Strong organizational skills & strong attention to detail are required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
