We are currently hiring a School-Based Therapist for our Cleveland School Partners. This is an opportunity to be at the center of children’s journeys, delivering impactful care while working as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: School-Based Therapist

Schedule and Hours:

• Full time day shift hours – no late evenings or weekends!
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Compensation: Competitive annual salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Location: Cleveland Metro

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a School-Based Therapist at InspireKids, you will be a key part of our clinical team. In this role, you will provide indvidual and group therapy services at our school partners using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Lead social-emotional skill-building groups and therapeutic activities.
• Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support progress at home.
• Provide compassionate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to whole-child care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Ohio state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT, CT, SWT, MFTT, etc.)
• 2 or more years of mental health experience, preferably with children
• Experience with play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions
• Ability to build meaningful connections with children and families
• Comfort navigating crisis situations with calm and clarity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English Spanish is a plus
