Williams Fire Sprinkler Company is hiring Fire Alarm Installation Technicians to join our growing field operations team. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled and motivated technicians to install and service fire alarm systems in commercial, industrial, and government facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading fire alarm technologies including AUTOCALL, Gamewell/FCI, BOSCH, and ERCES/BDA systems. • Install, terminate, and test fire alarm components including initiating devices, notification appliances, and control panels

• Program and troubleshoot addressable and conventional fire alarm systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics

• Ensure all installations comply with NFPA 72, local codes, and industry best practices

• Coordinate field work with contractors, project managers, and clients

• Maintain accurate documentation of testing, installations, and service work

• Operate safely on active construction sites using company-provided tools and PPE

• Represent the company professionally with excellent customer service

• 2+ years of fire alarm installation, low-voltage electrical work, or related experience preferred

• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72, conduit installation, and low-voltage wiring standards

• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and on active construction job sites

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical environments

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required

• Preferred:

  • NICET Level I or II in Fire Alarm Systems (or willingness to obtain)

  • Manufacturer experience with AUTOCALL, Gamewell/FCI, BOSCH, Notifier, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Simplex, or Honeywell systems

  • FCC License and/or ERCES/BDA certifications
