Job Overview

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime, and On-Call rotation.

The Opportunity You will serve as our frontline, helping homeowners recover from water damage and property disasters by stabilizing high-stress situations. This role offers the chance to master the entire restoration lifecycle, from initial emergency response and scoping to final demolition. How You Will Make an Impact

• Respond urgently to emergency water damage calls to stabilize properties and prevent further structural loss.

• Execute precise demolition of damaged materials while maintaining strict job site containment and safety.

• Coordinate the setup and monitoring of specialized drying equipment to meet technical restoration standards.

• Document project progress meticulously using digital systems for accurate insurance and internal records.

• Communicate empathy and technical solutions clearly to clients during the intake and scoping process.

• Collaborate with field operations to maintain equipment readiness and ensure seamless project transitions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential restoration or general construction.

• Proven experience in performing restoration-specific demolition and job site setup.

• Demonstrated ability to scope restoration projects and assist with client intake documentation.

• Absolute willingness to participate in an on-call rotation including nights and weekends.

• Proficiency in using mobile documentation systems for capturing photos and job notes.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Active IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WTR) certification.

• Experience in a mentorship role training junior technicians in field operations.

• Advanced knowledge of moisture mapping and specialized structural drying techniques.
