Full-Time Class A CDL Driver – $0.70 per Mile at Alan Ritchey Inc – Lancaster, Texas

Alan Ritchey, Inc. is a family-owned company with more than 60 years of service. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

*Sign-On Bonus*

· Total Bonus: $500

· Start Date: Paid 30-Days after Completion of First Run

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year

· Pay: Solo – $0.70 on ALL miles, empty and loaded. Paid weekly.

· Miles: Solo avg. 2,000 - 3,000 miles/week

· Maximum of two weeks out. Routes will be in the central US. No east or west coast trips.

You may take the truck home if you have access to secure parking.

Passenger Ride-Along Program:
A passenger ride-along program is available for approved human passengers. Pets are not permitted in company vehicles.

· Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently over long distances.

· Drive routes to deliver freight on time and in excellent condition to designated locations while ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, any incidents that occur during transport. Submit all PODs and BOLs electronically promptly.

· Conduct pre-trip, in-route and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.

· Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and support staff regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

· Adhere to all company policies regarding safety protocols and procedures as well as federal/state transportation laws regarding commercial driving.

Requirements:

· 23+ years old

· Class A CDL

· One-year verifiable OTR experience

· Verifiable driving history

· No DOT-recordable/preventable accident in past 12 months

· No serious violations in past 36 months, including reckless driving or careless endangerment

· No DUIs

· Overall safe driving record

· Felony and misdemeanor charges reviewed case-by-case

· No positive drug or alcohol tests
