Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ employment needs, skills, and barriers
- Develop individualized employment plans and set achievable goals with clients
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and motivation to help clients succeed in their employment pursuits
- Connect clients with job training programs, educational opportunities, and community resources
- Collaborate with employers, training providers, and community organizations to facilitate employment placements
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful employment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies
- Stay informed about labor market trends and available resources to better assist clients

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in case management, employment services, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored employment plans
- Knowledge of local labor market, training programs, and community resources
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer applications and case management software
