About This Position
Description:
- Planning, development and implementation of the Quality Control Plan and system from production of windows through to final customer acceptance.
- Oversee all policy standards to ensure they are implemented, practiced and maintained.
- Maintain quality metrics and implement applicable corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for the implementation and adherence of all quality programs internally and with material suppliers.
- Provide technical support to plant management regarding process/product improvements.
- Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Completes quality assurance operational requirements and following up on work results.
- Communicate any issues that may arise to the production and operations managers.
