UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Radiologist to join our growing team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

Key Highlights
  • We are comprised of ~100 Radiologists, 28 residents, and 10 fellows as well as approximately 25 research faculty and 5 full-time educators, providing comprehensive imaging services through a fully integrated health care system in central Massachusetts.
  • We are the primary academic medical center for UMass Chan Medical School.
  • Our department has state-of-the-art imaging equipment and a fully integrated IT infrastructure EMR (EPIC), SECTRA PACS, PS-1 and has been at the forefront of implementation of a wide range of AI algorithms.
  • There are numerous opportunities to pursue individual interests in education (both at the medical student level and resident/fellow level), Health Services or basic science research and AI, supported by a robust Radiology clinical trials office and image processing core labs.
  • We are comprised of 2 full-time and several part-time faculty within the division.
  • We provide a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services to include SPECT/CT, PET/CT, theranostics.
  • We currently offer FDG, PSMA, DOTATATE, FES, FDG, FDG Cardiac PET/CT and different tracers for neuroimaging.
  • Areas of expansion: theranostics and cardiac perfusion imaging.
  • We work collaboratively with our colleagues in surgery, oncology, radiation oncology, cardiology, medical subspecialties, and primary care.
  • Usual work week consists of 4 clinical days and 1 academic day a week.


Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology/Nuclear Medicine.
  • Fellowship training
  • Experience and interest in theranostics encouraged. ABR/ABNM certification or eligibility required. Will need Authorized User certification on hiring.
  • Academic/research details
  • Must hold a MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
  • Other relevant details will be identified by the department
