We are currently seeking an experienced:

RECEPTIONIST

Job Description:

Answers incoming calls and directs visitors and families to the requested/appropriate areas.

Receives and distributes the mail to all departments daily.

Receives and delivers any packages(flowers etc.) within the facility.

Assures that outgoing mail is sent daily and postage is available at all times.

Performs typing, data entry, and secretarial duties as needed.

Assists visitors, families and employees as needed.

Watches the front lobby.

All other duties are assigned.

Job Requirements:

High school graduate with clerical experience.

Valid NC Driver’s License.

Team player with a positive and considerate attitude.

Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Knowledge of computers.

Excellent communication skills.
