Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently

· Schedule appointments and maintain an organized dispatching system

· Monitor and prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs

· Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and technician availability

· Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in dispatching or a similar role is preferred

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Familiarity with plumbing or related industry terminology is a plus

· Proficient in using dispatch software and computer systems

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

· Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Schedule Availability: Available to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work after hours and weekends if needed.
