Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of memory care services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' unique needs and preferences

- Lead, mentor, and support staff to maintain high standards of care and professionalism

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary

- Foster a positive, engaging, and respectful environment for residents and staff

- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to support residents' well-being

- Manage operational aspects including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in assisted living, with a focus on memory care or dementia care

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and memory care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of seniors with cognitive challenges

- Nursing management experience is highly encouraged

- Ability to develop and implement care strategies that promote dignity and independence
