Member Relations Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and building meaningful connections? As a Member Relations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our members engage, connect, and enjoy everything our club has to offer.
This is more than event planning—it’s about delivering exceptional moments, fostering community, and ensuring every member feels welcomed, valued, and excited to be part of something special.
What You’ll Do✨ Member Experience & Engagement- Bring our member programming calendar to life with engaging, high-quality events
- Help design and enhance experiences that align with member interests
- Support onboarding experiences that make new members feel instantly at home
- Identify creative ways to increase participation, satisfaction, and retention
- Own the full lifecycle of events—from planning to execution to follow-up
- Coordinate 100+ events annually, from intimate gatherings to large-scale club events
- Ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and exceeds expectations
- Manage event budgets and track performance
- Partner with Food & Beverage, Golf, Racquets, and Operations teams
- Lead coordination efforts to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared
- Follow structured planning processes to deliver consistent, high-quality events
- Work closely with the Communications team to promote events effectively
- Ensure all event details are accurate, timely, and aligned across channels
- Support clear and engaging communication with members
- Be a visible, approachable presence during events and club activities
- Build strong relationships and foster a sense of community
- Act as a liaison between members and leadership
- Handle feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care
- Track attendance, engagement, and participation trends
- Gather feedback to continuously improve programming
- Complete post-event reporting and share insights with leadership
- Help identify opportunities to elevate the member experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2–4+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or member relations
- Strong organizational and event planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- You take ownership and follow through

- You have an eye for detail and a passion for quality
- You love working with people and creating memorable experiences
